Advanced manufacturing technology… consistent quality in every piece. BALKRIT utilizes an automatic hydraulic press from the Turkish manufacturer ERMAK, featuring a high-efficiency vibration and compression system. This operates in tandem with an automatic mixing plant—with a capacity of 30 m³/hour—equipped with precision electronic scales for cement, sand, aggregate, and water. This system ensures precise mix ratios, optimal compaction strength, dimensional accuracy, and uniform density, delivering concrete products of consistent, standardized quality from the very first production pallet to the last.
